Scholarship Application Timetable

JANUARY 2012
Application will be available on the Elizabeth Edgar Hall website.

***FSCJ Students must also submit the FSCJ Online Scholarship Application
in addition to the EEH Application. This application may be found here: http://www.fccj.org/prospective/financialaid/scholarships/index.html

MARCH 2012
Application deadline is
March 1, 2012
Completed applications must be submitted electronically, and all additional required documentation must be either e-mailed or postmarked no later than TBA

Transcripts from each post-secondary school the applicant has attended must be sent directly from the school to our mailing address. These are also due on March 1, 2012

APRIL 2012
All eligible candidates will be notified and scheduled for a personal interview.

JUNE 2012
Scholarship recipients will be notified by the foundation.


2012 Scholarship Application Instructions

**In order to complete the application, you must have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader.  You may download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader at  http://get.adobe.com/reader/

1.        Download the application by right clicking on the application and choose one of the following, depending on which browser you use:

Firefox - "Save link as"
Google Chrome - "Save link as"
Internet Explorer - "Save target as"
Opera - "Save linked content as"
Safari - "Download linked file"

2.        Complete application making sure to answer all questions.

3.    Save the completed application

4.        Upon completion of application, click on the green “submit form” button at the   bottom of the form. (DO NOT submit the form until it has been completed)

5.        When the “Send Form” box appears, fill in your e-mail address and click on “send” 

6.        In the “Select Email Client” box, choose your e-mail type and click “OK”

7.        If you are using internet mail or the "Send Form" box does not appear when you click the "submit form" button, save a copy of your application and send it as an e-mail attachment to eehinc@comcast.net

8.        Make sure to mail or e-mail all additional required documentation by the March 15, 2011 deadline.

9.        You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon receipt of your application.

10.    You may want to print a copy of your application for your files.
