2003 & 2004 EEH Scholarship Recipient

 


Scholarships are awarded to students at:

Colleges or Universities in the Jacksonville, Florida area with accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools


Scholarship candidates must be undergraduate or graduate students who:

    
• have completed at least 12 semester hours of college study
    • are currently enrolled and in good academic standing, with strong
    
 faculty recommendations
   
• demonstrate real financial need
    • display the ability to be financially responsible and resourceful
    • use their time and talents effectively
   
• are good communicators—both in a personal  interview and in two
      required personal essays that detail their achievements, needs, and
      goals for the future


Types of scholarships include:

    • Elizabeth Edgar Hall Scholarships ($500 to $2,000)
       Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.


   
The Della M. Levy Scholarship ($2,500)
    Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
